Mary Richardson

My love of wildlife has been a constant throughout my life and since taking up sculpting, I find it has inspired me again. My love of animals has turned out to be my preferred subject and I endeavour to capture them in a loose style, using different textures to represent the essence of the animal, hopefully achieving movement and feeling.
My pieces are cast in resin using bronze in the cold cast method , as well as marble, iron and aluminium. All work being hand finished and cast by me to ensure the integrity of the piece.
