Marian Auger
MARIAN AUGER Born and grew up in Woolwich, She started painting after leaving the Woolwich polytechnic, where she studied fabric design and has been painting ever since. She moved to Norfolk in 1961 with her husband as he was assigned to R.A.F. Coltishall.
She became interested in the art of Miniature painting she achieved a high standard and was accepted to exhibit with the Royal Society of Miniature Painters in London. Marian was a member of the Gt. Yarmouth Guild of Artist for many years, , she is Ret. Chair and member of the Norfolk Watercolour Circle. She is an active and exhibiting member of the Norfolk and Norwich art Circle.
Marian paints in watercolour oil and pastel. She exhibits her work in joint exhibitions and in Norfolk galleries.
