Malcolm Cudmore

Malcolm Cudmore
I am a full-time artist and tutor living on the outskirts of Bungay by the River Waveney. I am mostly an observational artist preferring to work direct from the subject wherever possible. For me, everything starts with drawing and I aim for an honest representation of my subjects - mostly landscapes and portraits. I teach drawing and painting and also demonstrate art materials and techniques to art clubs. I generally paint with oils and coloured pencils and also use a variety of dry drawing media for life drawing and direct sketching. I am a UK artist ambassador for Derwent, Pan Pastels and Daniel Smith Original Oils. For further details, please get in touch or follow me on Instagram.
