Gillian Marklew
Gilly is a South Norfolk based watercolour artist and tutor, running regular monthly watercolour workshops for beginners, improvers and advanced students in her teaching studio near Hempnall.
Gilly has worked professionally as an artist all her adult life, she has a passion for watercolours as well as drawing and painting in other mediums, Gilly is fascinated in exploring new ways to work, and enjoys further exploring these new techniques and ideas with other artists.
Her main passion is finding ways to explore different light effects, especially how it falls on objects, as well as learning about colour theory and composition in a representational way.
