In 1999 I went on a adult education Sculpture course. Using clay to doing free forms and animals continuing on to do portrait and life sculpture classes.
Wanting to learn more I went on courses with sculptors David Cooke and Brendan Hesmondhalgh, and I'm still enjoying the courses always something new.
These courses helped me to find my own style and way of working with clay and different techniques of colouring the sculptures using oxides, stains and maybe a little glaze.
